. The meaning of God, is the Essence, Totality and Simultaneity of :

1. Your Soul (aka your Higher Self)
2. All-Whom-You-Love
3. All The Cosmos

 

1. Your Soul
(God as Your Soul)

For practical purposes, imagine your your Soul as taking the form of one (or all) of your past (or future) lives. The form could be male or female form, whichever feels more loving for you. Afterall, every soul is simultaneously both totally male & totally female. And all lives (past, present, future) are all simultaneously (and always) You.

Conceptualize, visualize, *feel* an image of this beautiful being to represent you, your Soul, now in front of you, within you, and always with you. Recognize that all of your lives, past, present and future (including all of the experiences, hopes, dreams, aspirations, strength, beauty and love, all your unique personalities & lifetimes, intraphysical & extraphysical, human & otherwise, as male & as female, all of the lovabilities that make you so special & unique, from all of your lifetimes & existences; all qualities and traits that you greatly respect or deeply admire (eg. qualities of courage, beauty, strength, wisdom, compassion, love, etc) see all of these qualities present in your Soul  now, for that which you admire is always that which is within you), all of these combined, are represented by the image of this beautiful loving being (your Soul). Embrace this Being (who represents all whom you are, across space and time) now, with the most tender, intimate, loving hug of total trust, total love and total oneness. Be with her/him now, and express your gratitude for her/his eternal existence. (It would help if you do recognize and acknowledge each-&-all your selves as being both male-&-female - ie. wholeness, oneness, lovingness).

Next, because God is defined as the Essence, Totality and Simultaneity of All That Is, all of Creation, all the Cosmos; hence realize that this beautiful being who is your Soul, is actually the almighty God Her/Him/Them/OurSelves. Allow yourself to fully experience the gratitude that you feel, towards God who has given Her/Him/Them/OurSelves to you as Your Soul, to Love you as intimately, profoundly, and unconditionally, as your very own Soul.

Finally, expand this meditation to relate to God as (2) and (3).

- Realize that the essence of this beautiful being (God as your Soul), is also the essence of each and every being of All-Whom-You-Love. Allow yourself to fully experience the gratitude that you feel, for knowing that the essences of All-Whom-You-Love, are forever One with your very own Soul, with whom you *forever* have the most intimate relationship of Oneness with.

- Realize that the essence of this beauiful being (God as your Soul), is also the essence of each and every being of All The Cosmos. Allow yourself to fully experience the gratitude that you feel, for knowing that the true relationship you have with each and every being of All The Cosmos, is that of the most intimate Oneness and most unconditional Love, forever.

Complete this meditation by fully experiencing your gratitude, for the Oneness that is forever simultaneously your Soul, All-Whom-You-Love, and All The Cosmos. The Oneness whom we call 'God'. The Oneness whom we understand as Love.

2. All-Whom-You-Love
(God as All-Whom-You-Love)

Realize that across all your lifetimes, worlds and existences, beyond all space and time, you have had (and still have, and will always have), many, many, many loved ones, each of whom you have a totally unique relationship of love with; each of whom is, and will always be, deeply special to you. In any way that is appropriate, conceptualize and hold in your heart, all of these beautiful beings simultaneously, across all worlds, across all time. Love bridges across and beyond all space and time, and even across universes and realities. Allow yourself to experience the most unique, special and unconditional love that you share with each and every one of these beautiful beings.

Next, because God is defined as the Essence, Totality and Simultaneity of All That Is, all of Creation, all the Cosmos; hence realize that each and every one of these beautiful beings who are All-Whom-You-Love, is actually the almighty God Her/Him/Them/OurSelves. Allow yourself to fully experience the gratitude that you feel, towards God who has given Her/Him/Them/OurSelves to you as All-Whom-You-Love, to Love you as uniquely, specially and unconditionally, as each and every one of All-Whom-You-Love.

Finally, expand this meditation to relate to God as (1) and (3).

- Realize that the essence of all of these beautiful beings (God as All-Whom-You-Love), is also the essence of your Soul. Allow yourself to fully experience the gratitude that you feel, for knowing that the essences of All-Whom-You-Love, are forever One with your very own Soul with whom you forever have the most intimate relationship of Oneness with.

- Realize that the essence of these beauiful beings (God as All-Whom-You-Love), is also the essence of each and every being of All The Cosmos. Allow yourself to fully experience the gratitude that you feel, for knowing that the true relationship you have with each and every being of All The Cosmos, is that of the most unique, special and unconditional Love, forever.

Complete this meditation by fully experiencing your gratitude, for the Oneness that is forever simultaneously All-Whom-You-Love, your Soul, and All The Cosmos. The Oneness whom we call 'God'. The Oneness whom we understand as Love.
 
 

3. All The Cosmos
(God as All-Beings-Of-The-Cosmos)

We leave this third aspect of the Meditation, as well as the awareness of the overall Meditation, to the Reader to freely conceptualize this as you choose for yourself, with your unique perspective of your Universe (your own Creation), in honour of your own unique manifestation and expression of Love. Afterall, You, are the Heart.Of.God.

The Internal Male/Female Evolutionary Duo relationship within :
.
This is a simple consciential exercise that has significant power and long-term evolutionary benefit, if correctly practiced. In the following description, we assume your physical gender is male; if otherwise, simply reverse the male/female roles. Note that the female self here, exactly represents your Soul as in the original meditation above, but deliberately in a complementary gender form; as from a higher perspective, the higher purpose of gender/sexuality is to serve as a special bridge or expression for love. For those who have psychological hang-ups or spiritual misconceptions with loving yourself (eg. if you imagine it to be 'selfish'), ask your guides, helpers and angels for assistance to temporarily suspend these limiting beliefs from your consciousness, so that you may at least have the chance to understand the true essence of this meditation and exercise.

1.1. Acknowledge, recognize, visualize, call forth, and feel now your female self within you, as a divine being who is always an integral aspect of you, and therefore always present with you (because she is you), throughout all existences and lifetimes, forever. Her visualized form (which is up to your preference) does not matter, because it is her essence (your essence) that is true. Perhaps a particular past life in which you were female, and have a special empathy or deeper bond with, may be used. In essence and meaning, your female self (as conceptualized in this exercise) encompasses the totality of each and every past life you've ever had as a female, and  indeed *all* feminine aspects of your being in *all* your existences - past, present and future.

1.2. You naturally have an indescribably profound love for her, for she is One with you in the most immediate and intimate sense. Love is the realization of Oneness. Your love for her is absolutely *unconditional*. Allow yourself to *unconditionally* give this love to her, allow yourself to fully experience this powerful opportunity to be able to *unconditionally* express complete, *unconditional* love to this being.

1.3. As she is absolutely One with you, on all levels and in every sense, in the most intimate way possible, her love for you is indescribably *unconditional*, and indescribably *forever*. While you might have felt yourself to have been conditionally loved (ie. love that is at least partially conditional) in a typical relationship with another person, here is a sacred opportunity (one that is always with you) to fully experience yourself being loved indescribably *unconditionally*, by a most beautiful, lovely being, a being of your dreams, of your heart.
 

And in this sacred moment as the both of you share your love with each other, you realize with indescribable gratitude, two things :

    a) She is God, who has given Her/Him/ItSelf to you as your female self, to always be with you, to be loved by you, and to always love you, in the most intimate sense possible. God loves you through *all* forms and *all* beings in the Cosmos, including as your Soul (represented here by your female self). She is, in this sense, God's representation to you of the most profound intimacy and unconditional love; just as *all* beings in the Cosmos are also God's representations to you, of infinite various aspects, traits, relationships and possibilities.

    b) You have her for all eternity. No one can ever take her away from you, because she *is* you. She is God's gift (of Her/Him/ItSelf) to you. And she'll always have you, just as you'll always have her. The both of you will be together as One, forever. Allow yourself to experience your gratitude (to her, who is God) for this. Whether you will at times forget her and neglect her, or always cherish her existence and give her your unconditional love always, is completely up to you; her love for you will remain unconditional always regardless.
 

2. In this second step, every bit *equally* as relevant as the preceeding steps (ie. for her), the both of you, her-hand-in-yours and yours-in-hers, look around you, and see the rest of the Cosmos, *all* beings in the Cosmos. The both of you fully recognize in your hearts, that *each* and *all* of these infinite other beings, all indescribably lovely and beautiful in her/his/their own unique way, is *equally* and *simultaneously* the same One God that the both of you are. And hand-in-hand* with each other, You (both of you *together*) simultaneously embrace and express your (both of you *together*) eternal *unconditional* love for the Cosmos, all the other aspects of yourselves as these other beings, unconditionally giving all the Cosmos the very same perfect love you have for the God within each other (both of you).
 

3. In this final step, which is the perfect conclusion to this exercise and the key to who God really is; if visually you have conceptualized yourself hand-in-hand with your female self, and the both of you together embracing the rest of the Cosmos all around yourselves, then now see a light within you and within your female self. And (the both of you) then notice this very same light, within *each* and *all* of the other infinite beings in the Cosmos, whom (the both of) you are together loving and embracing. Realize with profound gratitude and joy, that this is who God really is - *simultaneously* and *forever* as each and *all* the beings in the Cosmos, including (at the most immediate presence level) as your Self (both your male and female selves!). And that the *Love* you are now experiencing, between your (male & female) Selves, and also naturally (and inevitably) extended to all other beings (because they are truly One with both your Selves), is verily your relationship with God! The most profound, eternal and unconditional love, between yourself and God.

Then take this opportunity to give your deepest most heartfelt 'thank you', your gratitude and love for (God as) your female self (representing your Soul), and for (God as) all beings of the Cosmos. And in addition, make a personal, heartfelt request that She/He/They/Us/God, both as your (female-self or Soul) Self and simultaneously as *all* beings in contact with you, including your guides, helpers and angels, to help you to *always* (for not only for this lifetime, but for all future lifetimes and existences as well), *always* remember (in your deepest of hearts, in your heart of hearts) who God *really* is (ie. as *simultaneously* your Self + All the Cosmos), and to *always* remember and experience your sacred relationship of *unconditional* Love (with her/Self, with them, with All) now, always and forever.
 

* hand-in-hand, refers to your willingness and intention, to have yourself (ie. both your male self *together* with your female self; as well as your little Self *together* with your God Self; as well as your individuality *together* with All the Cosmos, or CosmoEthics) working together hand-in-hand with each other, and in the Oneness of Love, to experience existence *together*, to evolve *together*, and to give yourselves in assistantiality to others, *together*. All of this may be represented in your consciousness as your male & female selves in loving hand-in-hand with each other, and the both of you *together* embracing All the Cosmos in Love.

Many individuals are unfortunately (and unnecessarily) self-limiting their personal evolution by their poor self-esteem; and for others, by their false, dogmatic concepts of 'what is God'. It is for this reason that we have decided to re-release these meditations on the Heart.Of.God, to help the individual clarify the meaning of God, and the meaning of Love.

The core of the difficulty of a low self-esteem (symbolized by the whorl patterns on the middle finger, as explained by Hilarion), is when the individual suffers from the false belief of 'love for self' as being separate from 'love for others', and wrongly imagines that one can be at the expense of the other.

You cannot truly and completely love others, if you do not love yourself; nor love yourself, if you do not love others. For the very fabric of Love understands that others = self, and self = others.

Just as CosmoEthics, is never about benefitting a group of beings at the expense of another, but is (about) benefitting all beings together, the larger picture; in exactly the same way, (true, complete and unconditional or Christ) Love, is always about loving the other being, as self, as the Cosmos, as God, all of these simultaneously and utterly as One. Love understands that Others = Self = Cosmos = One, the One whom we call 'God'. This is why we say,

The Meaning of Life is Love
The Meaning of Love is God
The Meaning of God is ONE .
For individuals whose consciential evolution are limited by poor self-esteem (which is egotistical, as ego is the aspect that regards others as separate from self), it is imperative that they correctly understand the meaning of Love as it relates to their Self, and for this, the meditation above on the Soul will be immensely helpful. For the individual who does not love him/herself, is for a spark of God to not love Him/Herself and hence (not love) the Cosmos, and (not love) all other beings (which are simply other forms of God's Self, whom is 'not loved'). And this, runs contrary to God's Nature, for the very meaning of God is the Oneness that is All of these, in other words, Love.

In point of fact, in all cases of the seemingly reverse scenario, of those who appear to love self over others (ie. narcissism or selfishness), it will be found that these individuals do not truly and completely love themselves either. For their concept of 'self' is incomplete and limited, for it does not encompass others and the Cosmos as part of Self. It is hence not truly or completely loving Self. In effect, their capacity to love, is limited by their very own 'selfishness', which is really just an incomplete understanding of Oneness.

Therefore, both symptoms (poor self-esteem vs selfishness), are in actuality flip sides of the same disease - an incorrect understanding of Love or Oneness, or one could say, God.

The term 'God', has been so severely corrupted by the dogmatic religions that have existed on the planet over the millenia, that conscientiology & evolutionology organizations such as the International Academy of Consciousness (IAC) have chosen very deliberately to exclude the mention of this term entirely; however, beings such as Hilarion and ourselves, still recognize the value of such, but only if it is correctly understood and beneficially used.

That is to say, God as defined as the Essence, Simultaneity and Totality of All the Cosmos. In other words, God as You.

So is God male or female? Is the Cosmos male or female? The answer is obvious - God is *each* and (simultaneously) *every* being in the Cosmos, and hence God is both simultaneously male and female, the Sum of all Males, and (simultaneously) the Sum of all Females. And what is your relationship to God? The answer to this, as far as you're concerned,  is completely up to you. You decide, what you wish your relationship with your Self to be. Every relationship you have with every other being, is in effect, you exploring your relationship with God. The (ongoing) developing relationship between yourself and God, or equivalently, between yourself and yourself, or God and God, is entirely up to you. To each of you experiencing reality as you have chosen to manifest it.

Someone once submitted a most interesting question for Hilarion, "Who Created God?", to which Hilarion replied, "The answer of course, is You did."

The Story of Creation
. In the beginning, before Creation/Cosmos existed, there was One. The One wanted to explore its own nature, potential and its relationship with Itself. And to do this, It needed manifestation into being, in order to experience all of the infinite possibilities within Itself. And hence, the One became Infinity, but only in form. In essence, it has always been, and will always be, forever and truly One.

And so, the meaning of Life is Love; the Purpose of Existence, is Evolution. In order for God to maximize it's own Experience (of Creation, of the Cosmos), each and every being (ie. form of God) has been given the free will to explore the nature of its relationship with others (aka Love), and the free will to explore and manifest its potential for maximizing its existence as it chooses (aka Evolution). And this (ongoing process of exploration of Itself) it will continue, for all infinity, for all eternity. Evolution is endless, Love is forever.
