"My doctor told me to buy a 6-8 oz can of asparagus
and a 6-pack of Coca Cola. He also told me I would need a blender and a
timer would be helpful. First
blend the asparagus in a blender, set the timer for 20 minutes and drink
down your asparagus 'soup'. When the timer rings, reset the timer for 20
minutes, and drink the first Coke. When the timer rings, reset it for 20
minutes, and drink the next Coke. You may be catching a pattern about now
and you are right continue until all the Cokes are gone.
I am not a big carbonated beverage fan so by about the third can I was
getting abit overloaded, but I had faith in my doctor and finished off
all six cans of Coke. Just remember to set the timer at the BEGINNING of
every round and finish the round before the timer rings.
If you want proof other than the relief from pain
that you will experience then my doctor suggested urinating into a container
through a piece of nylon (ie panty hose) and you will see the crystals
of were once those very painful kidney stones. I asked the doctor how it
worked and he was honest and told me he really wasn't sure. Asparagus is
a natural diuretic and Coke will dissolve a nail and somehow this combination
with this timing works. I was pain free for years and when I had a minor
recurrence recently I got out the timer, the blender, bought some asparagus
and Coke and I blew up some kidney stones and once again no more pain."

Procedure :
1. Over the course of 2 hours, drink
the 72 ounces (6 cans) of Coke.
2. Steam or quickly boil the asparagus.
Process in the blender until well-puréed.
3. Within 5 minutes from drinking
the last 12 ounces of Coke, eat the asparagus purée. Rather than
simply gulping it down, try to mix the purée well with your saliva.
The remedy begins working immediately
and, within a few hours, you’ll begin to pass the stones through your urine
as sand-like particles.
Keys to Success
- The remedy works best if done
on an empty stomach during mid-morning time. This will allow you to have
more time to expel the by-products of the cleanse.
- Continue to drink a large quantity
of distilled water immediately after taking the asparagus. The water will
serve to re-hydrate your body. The qualities of Coke will begin to dehydrate
you, so the water helps to prevent this from happening.

Procedure :

3. Retain all fluids for as long

the stone will not dissolve properly, and the Coke will dehydrate your
body and that can actually cause more harm than good without proper rehydration.
It is best to begin the procedure
in mid-morning on a nearly empty stomach as that will speed up the process.
After you have completed the remedy and begin drinking the water you will
be flushing the fluids for a long time. The stone will pass and you may
notice sandy bits being released from your body.

"Many large and rapidly growing kidney stones form as a result of bacterial
urinary infections. Often these infections are chronic, caused by various
bacteria that normally inhabit the large intestine. However, when in the
urinary tract (where thay do not belong), these microbes will metabolize
urea into ammonia. Urine pH tends to rise and conditions then become favorable
for struvite (NH4)MgPO4·6(H2O) formation. These struvite stones
respond well to increased hydration and acidic urine. Coca cola works well
because its phosphoric acid is fixed. That is to say, we don't metabolize
it we just excrete it and it lowers urine pH. So would HCl, HNO3, H2SO4,
etc, but these are not nearly as palatable as food-grade H3PO4! Most of
our acidic beverages derive from carboxylic acids such as citric, malic,
acetic, et cet. These are metabolized to CO2, which is mostly blown off
by the lungs as gas. Very little is available to form H2CO3 as excess acidity
that would lower urine pH. At least under normal physiological condtions.
This could explain why Coca-cola works better than fruit juices for some

from kidney stones for nearly 9 years. One was so bad I had to have surgery
to remove it. Later, my grandmother was hospitalized with a kidney stone

Procedure for Immediate Kidney
Stone Relief
1. Pour 3 ounces of the extra virgin
(cold pressed) light olive oil and 3 ounces of lemon juice (fresh squeezed
or bottled) into a glass.
2. Mix together with a spoon.
3. Preferably, right before bedtime,
