A decade ago (and occasionally these days), Hilarion did warn that radiation from cell phones does increase cancer risk, particularly brain cancer.

Moderate usage is fine. Heavy users may wish to use a earpiece & mouthpiece wired extension, so that the source of the radiation (ie. the cell phone itself) is kept a distance from the brain.
