There is unfortunately (or perhaps for the majority of humanity whom are lifetime-after-lifetime habitually fear-based - fortunately) little public (and even scientific) awareness in the matters of conscientiology, afterlife matters and intrusion/attachment, for instance, in the context of organ transplants.
In the articles (hyperlinked above), it is obvious that a personality/emotional fragment of the organ transplant donor has intruded/attached itself into the organ transplant recipient.
This (intrusion/attachment) is a common occurrence in many ways and in varying extents, and is no cause for fear or alarm. Consciousnesses, both intraphysical and extraphysical, affect each other and all others, in many ways direct (eg. in direct communication) and indirect, including mechanisms subtle and complex.
Note that "common" does not equate "healthy". People eat unhealthy fried foods commonly enough, it does not mean it's healthy, advisable, or cosmoethical. Similarly with intrusion/attachment/possession.
The problem here, with raising awareness of these matters, is that fear-based habits of the vast majority of intraphysical human beings, including both those with little conscious understanding of spirituality, mutidimensionality and conscientiology, as well as (ironically and unfortunately) many who do have some conscious awareness of such matters (eg. people in various religions, occult practitioners even New Ager thinkers), unfortunately and unnecessarily give in to unproductive fear when it comes to such matters, of intrusion/attachment/possession.
If however, a proper, cosmoethical perspective is taken in regards to these matters, then having an understanding and awareness of why, how, and what-can-be-done for the greatest benefit of all consciousnesses involved, can be of tremendous help in many ways and on many levels.

There's been a question about engaging assistance from non-physical beings who seek to guide, help and assist you. Many questions relating to non-physical beings in the past have related to the whole idea of such beings as intruders, creating havoc or difficulty in your life. It is well that you are also asking about the helpers. But one must understand that many techniques that open you to understanding and awareness, do so without regard to the source. So one must always in such opening techniques and such awareness inducing techniques, raise vibration. This can be done by many means and there are many powerful techniques out there to do it. But what we notice is that so many of these techniques rely upon visualization, and the visual property for most people is relatively small by comparison to the kinesthetic property. You have developed your kinesthetic sensibilities in utero. You have continued them through infancy and all the way into adulthood. Whereas the visual capabilities became more conscious and aware for you at the moment in which your eyes met the light, and then continued in slow development for the first few years of life. The audible capabilities are there too, but these have not been well understood until you have mastered language.

And so at the core level, the kinesthetic quality bears so much power over you. It is often unconscious. For instance, when you have a visualization and you are then noticing that there is energy present, you will say, "Ah, at last I feel it. I have worked with this visualization for many years, and now finally a breakthrough." Why not feel it from the beginning, and then notice the breakthrough from the beginning. Because it is the feeling sense, the kinesthetic sense that you call the shift, the feeling, the breakthrough. This is simply awareness of what is, and certainly cuts to the core question - what's right about it. i. e. If you have some difficulty with visualization to ask, "What's right about that?", might lead you to a deeper awareness of the kinesthetic reality. Specifically the idea that you may feel a tingling or brushing sensation moving all over the body, all up and down, perhaps coordinated with the breath. On exhalation it begins. As you inhale, the tingling, touching, brushing sensation from the bottoms of the toes moving up through the body, up to the head. And then as the breath now moves into the exhalation phase, it moves down the body to concentrate in the area just below the navel. Such a simple idea, but as you do this repeatedly you may begin to notice there is a tingling sensation that tends to continue even when you are not visualizing it, imagining it, or welcoming it, indicating to you that the kinesthetic sense has now interacted with your etheric body. The raising of vibration in the etheric body is the important key to the opportunity to make contact with guides, helpers, and utilize the positive energies and not be then misled by various intruders. As you do such exercises regularly, beings who don't know they are dead who are attracted to you because you have similar habit patterns, or other difficulties; tend to go somewhere else. It is just too enlightening, too much energy, too tingling to be around you. They might remember that they are dead. Simple isn't it?

But when you understand that indeed the non-physicals outnumber the physicals on your planet nine to one, and that a third of these are intruders, a third blind guides and a third helpers, it is usually easier to understand what is going on, not just for yourself personally but also politically, socially and in many other areas, even technologically. So therefore as you raise energy, it is then helpful to make contact and look consciously and carefully at what it is you want from your guides and helpers. Sometimes that which you want is something they cannot provide. After all, they are non-physical beings so you're going to ask them to give you something physical? "Help me win the lottery" is one of the most common questions asked and one of the great jokes among the helpers. There are many variations of this as in - how many light bulbs does it take to screw in the lottery? - and many other possibilities moving through the circles at the current time.

Yet when an individual has passed from this world without this deeper understanding of a higher reality, they tend to be stuck here. They don't know they're dead, and they tend to draw energy from others. They couple with those in which there is a similar personality resonance. They draw energy from that being, and thus when there is a weakness in your body, they will take it from you, right now from your throat, but perhaps from other places as necessary. They do this for their own survival, of course.
Now the most powerful, broad-sweeping, helpful and consistent method to release the hold of nonphysicals of this nature--beings called intruders--is just to raise your energy. Do it regularly, by whatever methods you find most effective. We would strongly recommend the methods described in the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, but any method, such as the Vibrational State exercise, which we have described frequently in the past, or other exercises, are wonderful.
Yet over and over, those things that will influence who you are by the coupling with these nonphysicals will be an important factor. Thus, when there is a seemingly different personality that begins to exert itself, in some cases it is welcomed through the resonance, but it is not your personality at all, but that of this other being that simply doesn't know that he or she is dead, living instead through your body, through your energy, through who you are.
Raising your vibration naturally raises the vibration of everyone around you, and shifts that resonance. Yes, it is possible to do a de-intrusion, to cause that being to release his or her hold. But if the resonance is still there, another one will step in shortly, for so many of these beings, more than ever, are dying on your planet without the understanding of the higher consciousness associated with what the higher reality truly is. And this is where the knowledge, the learning, the acceptance of the higher vibration is so useful.

Roughly speaking, there are about 9 nonphysical beings for everyone one on Earth, this amounting then to approximately 50 billion in existence in total. These beings, principally human in nature, are providing energies of evolutionary helpful nature, sometimes foolish misguided nature but trying to help, or energies that are indeed deliberately opposing evolution. These three groups--helpers, blind guides, and intruders, respectively--have been identified by many individuals, and are roughly one third each in these categories of these 9 to 1 nonphysicals.
As you would imagine, the ones who are willing to interfere cause a lot of problems on your Earth. In some sense you could say that the shadow self of their own inner child is allowing full reign of their being. Because they never grew up in that sense, that is what comes out, and for many of these, it is simply that they don't know they have died. It is that simple, and that is unfortunately a problem becoming worse, not better, because of the intensification on logical thinking that so many people have, many people deny the existence of nonphysical at all. They don't anymore accept the concept of heaven, which is very limited but at least gave you the sense of something that could exist after you were here on the Earth.
For such a being with has truly deeply atheistic beliefs, when they die from this world, their soul is quite lost. They do not understand about the other realms, and are naturally attracted to those realms that are energetic in nature. With the energies here in the physical world relating to that which they did and were most interested in in their lifetimes being those which naturally draw them. So you will find that those who had a penchant for smoking will be naturally drawn to people in the world who are smoking. Think of how hard this makes it to quit, particularly if all three of your intruders associated with you are smokers, and you are trying to quit. You are going to be tortured by this, you might say, night and day.
Indeed if you project your consciousness to the level that is adjacent to that of the physical, that which would be closer to the etheric, that which works to perceive these beings of the more gross interfering nature, and looked around you, you would be surprised to see how many there are, and how closely they are associated with so many people in the world. This is particularly true when you go into places where you feel many of the negative vibrations, such as the subways in your big cities, or concert halls where a lot of drug use is going on, or pubs or bars where many are seeking to numb themselves to unconsciousness.
The understanding of these beings though when you get it, when you understand how they are simply not knowing they are dead, helps you so much. You can heal this so easily in yourself and others when you simply speak of it. Indeed, in this very moment, just speaking these words, four nonphysical beings of this intrusive nature who did not know they were dead just got it. Once you know that you're dead and it all makes sense to you, what do you do? You're not going to hang around on Earth anymore, bothering people. You're going to start looking around. And that's what they're starting to do right now. [Laughter.] It is you folks who are feeling this, you do feel the laughter, because it feels so good when they leave. Those who have been influencing you or struggling with you, now find that they can struggle themselves, work their issues out, that they don't need the puny help of someone who is largely unconscious of their presence anyway. [More laughter.] Make that five.
As you begin to understand and work with these energies, you'll perceive then your own inner lesson of this and take it to the next level of working with the blind guides. These are beings who often need to be helped as to how to help you, not far different from a child, you know, who comes to work with you and you sort of wish they didn't because it now takes twice as long as it did otherwise. And so these beings will seek sometimes your assistance. You will feel this as a sort of questioning, sometimes a little anxiety, a little uncertainty in your being. You usually blame it on yourself, but then you'll think "You know I've done this many times before, why would I have uncertainty now?" It is not your uncertainty. It is that of these other beings. Tell them clearly with your actions what you want them to do, and in this way they will learn to assist you. Many of these are beings that you've known in past lives, beings you have conscious contracts with to work with and understand, and to learn from you and so on in this world.
The next category of these, the higher developed beings, in Portuguese called emparadores, beings of great light often in many cases, the highest developed evolutionary on your planet, the highest helpers and everyone in between who really does seek to assist, cannot work with much at the purely gross physical level. It is the natural way of their evolution. And so that is where they need you, that as you allow this energy of help, then others are assisted. This is important to recall, because just as there are these many others, so also on average is there for each person on Earth three of these nonphysical wonderful delightful beings.
Now, as you might imagine, if you live most of your life denying the existence of these beings, they are not going to be able to work with you very much, help you, or allow you to use their energy. They are going to find someone else. So the real answer to this question then as to the proclivities of these beings, who they choose to help and so on, is not so much where there is a resonance or something from those beings as much as it is what you are interested in, how you react, how you meditate with such energies, how you use them, and so on.

It is not that the energies there are lowering, though they are on some segments of course, but it is rather that the energies are more consciously aware that what is happening on planet Earth is relating to their existence and what they are doing is relating to existence on planet Earth. Understanding this is very important because it enables you to find answers with help from non-physical beings.
Unfortunately most of the answers that people receive when they open to such levels, they do so unconsciously and the answers that they receive are somewhat negative. They are the energies of beings who don’t know they have died, intruders, psychotic post-mortems, beings who struggle simply to know what is going on for them and so on, who will then unconsciously attach to others at the physical reality. To solve this takes education - more and more people simply being aware that this is happening. When you have a sense that something like this is going on for you or for people around you, the obvious thing is to raise the vibration. If the vibration at the physical level is that which is intolerable to such beings who need it to be dense, dark and difficult in order to continue in their place of ignorance, fear and struggle; then raise the vibration. “Oh,” you might ask, “but how?” There are many ways to do this of course and it isn’t as if any one way is better than any other. You’re going to find the ones that are suitable for you by asking.
Sometimes it is very important to speak to that being and it is easier than you think. Oh yes, the person that you’re with is going to deny all of it and you are going to feel embarrassed about speaking to somebody who is non-physical. But you can always take them aside for a moment. You go into the bathroom, you excuse yourself saying, “You know I need to go talk to myself in the bathroom for a few minutes,” and do so in an intriguing way and you know that being is going to follow you. They are quite curious just as the curiosity might be aroused in anyone who would hear such words. It isn’t as if it’s going to be a big commitment. The being is going to be away from its host for maybe a matter of a minute or two, and then what you say is what you feel. If you are sensing that such a being is indeed a psychotic post-mortem, a being that has died that doesn’t know he has died, tell him he is dead. That is the obvious thing. He has been hearing it from a lot of non-physicals, a lot of beings, his relatives, helpers and others. Of course he doesn’t believe them, because nobody he is attached to at the physical world says he is dead. And so your word has tremendous weight in this regard. Indeed the individual Edith Fiore in her book, The Unquiet Dead, deals with this very specific plan of action in which you address the individual and you tell that being what’s going on and you tell it also to recognize what’s happening, to wake up, to be then surrounded by beings of light and benefit and go towards them and receive that energy. When you come out of the bathroom of course, your friend won’t know why but he feels a lot better. However, you haven’t solved anything really because if that individual is attracting such beings because of a darkness, a difficulty, some aspect within himself that is leaking energy of a darker nature, then of course he will attract another psychotic post-mortem at some point in the future, and you’ll have to pay the timely visit to his bathroom again.
However, education in this regard is of tremendous value. It is where you speak about such matters, where you investigate them, where you learn about them. If the individual then changes his or her vibration, then it is not going to be so easy for attachment to take place. And this is another important technique, and this you can teach.
This will lead us to another question with regard to vibrational state, various other exercises, energizations and so on.

There are many ways in which the nonphysical beings are experimenting through the egos, in particular, of leaders of such cults. This is the way to stop a cult, also. Thus, you go, in your projected state, to the leader, and have a little "head-to-head." You have a talk with their intruders, with the beings that overshadow them, and you will be surprised to see the power and the energy that they wield. All such beings have the same underlying fault or difficulty. It is simply that there is some component in their being that needs something, and they think they're going to get it from those beings that they're working with at the physical level. If you can find out what that is, and give it to them in some way that ultimately they don't need it from anyone else in the physical world, they will depart. It seems absurdly simple, doesn't it? But when you understand this principle at its ultimate core, you will then begin to recognize the true path of healing, the way in which you can heal anybody of anything ultimately.
Ultimately, though, within the nature of all beings must come community, a way in which they are going to be drawn together, and it is this searching for community and indeed the pressure from the positive helpers, guides, anonymous ones, and all of such beings who really want to help, that this energy is also being received. If an individual does not have sufficient maturity, true deeper understanding of where they are going to find that community, they will be drawn to a cult, and they will gain great lessons from this. They may ultimately be harmed by this, find that their evolution is set back, but most individuals will go through such an experience, and ultimately be the better for it. Regardless of how they have indeed allowed their will to be subverted by someone else, they will come to an understanding that their will is important, that they must honor themselves, and this will truly be beneficial to them in the long run.
In the short term, of course, there are many dangers, and many of the beings would simply be advised to ask themselves, is it worth it? How have they truly grown or learned? How have the experiences that they are involved in contributed to their own evolution? Asking those deeper questions are very tough things to do, but those are the questions that naturally can be applied to any endeavor, any action in the world, including a cult. Generally, of course, our words fall on proverbial deaf ears, because those in cults will not be permitted to listen to what we have to say, but a few will. And those few then may perhaps then look at these issues and ask the deeper questions.

This principle is a difficult one for people in bodies to understand. But the simple fact of the matter is that the nine to one ratio also applies to this "you create your own reality" concept. Of these, approximately one-third are intruders. Many of these are psychotic post-mortems, beings who don't know that they have died and their contribution is again quite confused to areas of self-survival and not at all connected to prophecy.
But, those energies of the higher, more evolved beings will work with everything possible including prophecies to put forward the agenda that they would have the opportunity to incarnate all together eventually in physical bodies and utilize all that energy at the same time for the manifestation of a much higher reality, a shared reality amongst all these beings.

Therefore, taking into account mass consciousness must also take place through the manifestation principle - that is the dense physical energy provided by human beings has a greater effect on the reality than the subtler non-physical energy. And the reasoning behind this then leads such more evolved beings to do their best to guide and assist you, knowing therefore that your physical energy will be placed in a way that would maximize this potential reality.
If the fear of a potential disaster, if the prophetic information can be utilized for you to change your mind, to become more attuned to what is important to you, to maximize your evolution, then such beings will use this. It is used on a limited basis of course with the opportunity to recognize that such is only on the basis of fear and immaturity, and that as you come to a place of greater awakening you then begin to ask the right questions. The questions not only about your own evolution, but how then, since your evolution includes assistance, you can maximize your assistance, your ability to help others, to help the non-physical beings as well as the physical ones. And when you ask such questions, then you hear the Earth sigh her sigh of relief.
Because it is always along such path by which the assistance is known not just for survival but truly for evolution, that the maximization of those benefits for Earth, for all of her people, and for the non-physical beings becomes one agenda, one attunement, one program. This program has not been then fully decided upon. It has technological components. It has many philosophical aspects, new forms of government, ways in which new energies can be created, many experiments and possibilities. But in itself it is a hopeful probability, and that which many of the non-physical beings would like you as much as possible to attune to.

This brings us to the issue of the non-physical beings who are intrusive. There are those who would think that these are a big problem. It is actually the physical beings who are intruders, who are the most difficult. Most of you know them. That person that you have a lot of difficulty working with or understanding. That one that is perhaps you could say, your greatest teacher. They are indeed your personal intruders, because they will be the individuals who at a physical level are there in your face. And you will often see from lessons in working with such beings the understanding of raising vibration at a very practical level. How you can communicate with such a person in such a way that they shift and you will see how often this is so difficult. Luckily at the physical level you have some opportunities there to move, to go to a whole different place. Isn't it interesting though how often you will meet that same person, perhaps on the other side of the world, as if you just couldn't keep away from each other. Well, indeed this is the example of resonance, that they have a specific lesson for you and you for them.
So it is also with the non-physical beings that the principle of resonance is there and if there is a non-physical being who is intruding or causing difficulty, resonance will be the answer as to how to change this relationship. Yes, you can raise vibration, and such exercises as vibrational state or various ways of moving energy in the body, etc. can be powerful, and can bring it to a place where you can reconsider the point of resonance. But, that resonance is still there when you move out of the vibrational state, out of the higher vibrational level, the attraction will be there, and the being will be back. You must therefore recognize that you need to change too. Shifting the nature of the resonance will make the greatest difference. Now these are overall general terms and of course it doesn't make sense to you if you haven't heard of vibrational state, or don't know what resonance is. So by example, if you are trying to quit smoking and you are closely attached to a non-physical being who was a three-pack a day smoker when he was alive and does not know that he is dead now, you are going to have a real hard time quitting. Because every time you go near a cigarette, he will sense in himself that itch assuaged in his lungs and want to feel this again, and cause you to smoke. He cannot smoke on the other side, and so gets some sense of satisfaction through you.
The resonance is around the way in which you began your relationship. Perhaps it was how you began smoking, and as you change this by seeing that, you have a certain level of independence. You can question carefully your motives in beginning such a habit. You can shift your relationship to your friends as you began it, and so on. So also will this shift relationship to the non-physical being. But the hardest part is seeing it. So vibrational state helps in this. The whole idea of it is just to raise vibration. Specific exercise goes like this: become aware now of energy in your head. Move it slowly through your body, down to your feet and then slowly back up again through your head. Move it in a straight line. If you are seated, so it is a diagonal line. If you are lying down or standing, in a straight line. Move the energy now from head to feet. Go beyond visualizing it. Simply recognize that it is fully present. Feel it, sense it, know that it is there. From feet back to head, head back to feet. A little faster, faster, faster. Once you accelerate this, get it going fast enough, you begin to notice a sense of vibration. This is vibrational state. While within the vibrational state, it is not just a matter of raising vibration, it is also looking at your issues, the point of resonance in which you would then establish connection with intruder.
Now less you think, "Oh, that doesn't apply to me.", we would like to propose the possibility that that thought is the thought of an intruder. What better way do they have to keep you from releasing them then to say repeatedly, "That doesn't apply to me." Recognize then from our perspective, being non-physical, how we see these beings. That there are on average three non-physical intruders for every human on your planet. So it isn't such an easy matter here to change or shift and at the same time for those few who raise vibration, move to a place of being intruder free, there are then more intruders available for everyone else.
At the same time as this of course there are other beings, three guides who aren't too conscious of what is happening but want to help you, and three more guides who are higher and powerfully evolved helpers, and they are also assisting. Interestingly enough though, as you raise your vibration, those beings, those higher evolved beings are the most difficult to work with because they're the ones who will tell you about what is really going on, looking at the real truth. They're the ones that you say sometimes to yourself, "I wish I hadn't asked." Because they will allow the changes and shifts.
So in understanding this nine to one, non-physicals to physical, you have perhaps a different point of view on things. Now we suggest this because it is our observation, and you can verify this for yourself when you project your consciousness out of your body in meditation or in sleep. Simply walk around your planet. It is usually best to go someplace where it is daytime, and notice all of the beings who are going around and doing things. And focus on the physical beings, give them some energy, and you'll begin to notice that the non-physicals around them begin to turn more pale and ghost-like. And you will see that this is a ratio of about nine to one.
Understanding the way this works is helpful, and at a deeper level only the beginning because here again, what is the issue? It is that these non-physical beings who are intruders haven't asked. They're not looking at what they're there for. What they are really doing. Are they alive or are they dead. Many of them don't even know. And so here again, as you ask this deeper question, as you look more consciously, you will see over and over how this affects your reality too at the non-physical level as well as at the physical level.

Of these, about a third are beings that are drawn to you because of your energies, but in many cases they do not wish you well. In some cases they are quite unconscious. They are simply drawn to you out of a similarity or a shared resonance. They don't even know that they're dead. Such intruders and other beings associated with such energies can be helped by you at times simply by raising your vibration, by increasing your energy, by sharing love in a sort of general way. In many ways, such beings will wake up, realize what has happened to them, and move on. The next group, about a third again, are blind guides or beings that don't really know the right way to help you but are drawn to help you because they've been your friends in the past, because there's something they think they can do to assist you. In many cases, one of the best things you can do with them is tell them to sit tight, to simply watch, to observe, to learn what they can and to seek to communicate with you before they try to do anything on your behalf. This is very hard for most beings to understand, but if you have an association with such projection to them in your consciousness of a thought, an association with physical energy, the sense of love, a movement within you, moving your arms in a gesture or reaching out, they will hear you, and they will pay attention.
Such a simple thing can be of tremendous value in your life. Many of the little predicaments which you find yourself in for which the expression sometimes comes suddenly to your mind, "Why me?" are those results of the actions of blind guides who indeed in their best interests trying to help you have made a muddle of things because they have put the thoughts into someone else's head of being suspicious or fearful or having their own difficulties, because they could not see the larger picture in all things. This is important to understand because their role in working with you is to learn, is to communicate, to give you other possibilities, but not by any means to direct your life if at all possible.
The third category is that of helpers, beings of higher vibration who truly can understand, have the larger picture and assist. And then still, they outnumber you, in this case 3 to 1, as they represent approximately one third of these nonphysicals. The question then is how best to interact with them. It comes back first to the question we posed earlier about the nature of your being, about who you really are, because in nearly all cases where such beings are there to assist you, they know because they were with you conferencing, sharing, planning your life in the time before you were born. They were coaching, sharing ideas, presenting possibilities. Some of the most highly evolved of such beings, those that have been called "evolutionary orientor," would be like a guidance counselor, making very specific suggestions, helping to make contact between you and other beings as part of your group, your tribe, your particular research project or whatever, that you had come to work with, incarnate with, and understand.
These beings, then, understand you from the way you were then. They have watched you and assisted you at various times. But at times they know because you have gone so far off the path that you began with, the only thing they can do is simply send you a loving energy, but they cannot any longer interfere because the detours you have been down have been so extensive. This is important to recall because in reaching with such beings, the one thing to be asking for then in every way possible is "Let me remember. Let me know of my home, the place I was before I was here." Not in the last life, but in the intermissive period, that is, the time between lifetimes. The guides can help you with this. The higher ones can have different little memory-jogging capacities. They can coach you in little ways, gently, quietly at times. And they can assist you much more directly when you meet them at their level. That is, when you project your consciousness.
Doing these physical exercises for projecting your consciousness and interacting with your helpers is the most powerful direct means of evolution, understanding, awareness, and most importantly interacting with your guides that you can come to in this life. Most individuals come to this naturally, regularly in their own spiritual development. Even those beings that you hold as important signposts of high levels of evolution, such as the Christ or Buddha or Allah or many of the great saints and masters that are well known on your planet. Many times the learning that took place on such levels was an equal one. That is, they were sharing with the guides and helpers wonderful, helpful information from their end, as well as receiving from this other end.
But if this is not so easily possible, as it is not for most people, then the important key here is on a repeated basis to receive: In a state of meditation, raising one's vibration to the highest possible level, deliberately asking for a sign, a symbol, or a higher energy from the highest possible energy or vibration that can be made available to you is a powerful method. This can be coordinated with the breath. You take a deep breath in, you exhale, and in the moment between breaths you allow the symbol to come into your consciousness. It may be a memory, a thought, an idea, a sound. But simply to awaken this can be of tremendous value on your evolutionary path.
Now it is quite correct that you cannot guarantee that such an energy will be only from the helpers. And so that is where repeated use of vibrational state exercises, repeated use of exercises to raise your vibration, to take in more energy, to receive and work with all that is around you on a regular basis and the repeated discerning clear-headed look at personal responsibility in your life will help you over and over to raise vibration so that intruders have less and less effect; blind guides are more and more perplexed to know the right thing to do because you seem to be doing it yourself; and the opportunity for helpers to assist you at a higher and higher level will then be made available. Simple way forward, yet that which is sometimes overlooked because after all, the whole idea of these beings interacting with you is to develop your own intuition so that you will trust more of the subtle energies around you, because these subtle energies are related to higher dimensions, the dimensions that you interact with but can choose not to respond to.
